My sgraffito shows what the Mokoia Pa looked like. The pa was home to the Maori people. Maori built the pa here because the mountain had fertile soil for the people to grow vegetable and fruit. Also they built it by the Tamaki River was because they trade,fish and the enemies could not get to them so fast.

My challenge was to remember to use a space after the full stop and before the capital.

I learnt about Mokioa Pa.

On Friday we went down to a pa we  walked to it.

We went to were the pa was built.

We had morning tea and then we went

Room 8 went to Te Tuhi in Term 1 we stay

there for a  half a day.
